Returns & Exchanges
We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30-day No-Hassle return policy. If you're not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, send us the product back and we'll refund your money immediately.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs incurred by Pescador Fishing Supply will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must be insured, postage prepaid and shipped using a tracking number service. Otherwise we can make no guarantees that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused, free from abuse, and in its original packaging with all accessories. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must possess the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Be sure to include the invoice, receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To start a return, contact us at customersupport@pescadorfishing.com. If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Defective or Damaged Products / Exchanges
Upon receiving your shipment please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement. Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy; these items must unused with the original packaging and manufacturer tags. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Pescador Fishing Supply reserves the right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. Certain items are not eligible for refunds. For example fishing line is not eligible for refunds. In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our refund and return policy.
